DELIVERY INFORMATION 

When placing your order, please ensure you provide the following:

  • Correct name address and phone number for recipient. Including directions or 'landmarks' for rural addresses
  • Correct Contact number for recipient - This will be used to call the recipient should we be unable to find the property or have had to leave the item.
  • Information on a safe location to leave the flowers in the event of no answer. We cannot enter properties through side gates.
  • Correct contact information for yourself so that we can send you proof of delivery if required.

 

WHERE CAN I GET MY FLOWERS DELIVERED?

We deliver locally Monday to Saturday. Same-day delivery in Lewes and surrounding areas is often possible, depending on stock availability and the delivery area,

We hand deliver throughout Lewes and the surrounding areas including Ringmer, Laughton, Firle, Glynde, Ripe, Kingston, Iford, Swanborough, Rodmell, Piddinghoe, Newhaven, Offham, Cooksbridge, Barcombe, Plumpton, Streat, East Chiltington, Chailey, Newick, Wivelsfield and Burgesshill,  if it's not listed but is near then please call and ask!

We now offer National Delivery* of our flowers anywhere in mainland UK through our trusted Courier, APC. You can rest assured of the freshest of flowers, packaged carefully for sustained freshness will be delivered safely and securely.

* note national delivery is available for Tuesday's, Wednesday's, Thursday's and Friday's.

CAN I COLLECT MY FLOWER ORDER IN LEWES?

Yes, our locally based team will be working hard in our new studio in Plumpton. You can collect your bespoke bouquet from us at Unit 21, The Old Brickworks Business Park, Plumpton Green, Lewes, BN7 3DF.  If Lewes is more convenient, you can choose to collect from our collection point within Value Home Supplies, 28 High Street Lewes, BN7 2LJ.
