All flower orders are subject to seasonal and market availability. We reserve the right to change or substitute as necessary. In the unlikely event of chosen flowers becoming unavailable, any substitutions made will be of similar quality and will be in keeping with the colour scheme or theme where possible.

Some sundry items may be hired from Riverside Flowers. This will incur a hire charge and a separate deposit. The deposit will be returned when the goods have been returned to the shop in a satisfactory condition, and within five days of the initial hire. It is the hirer's responsibility to return hired items to the shop.

Some flowers and plants may cause allergic reactions. It is the responsibility of the person placing the order to take note of this and inform us of any known allergies. In addition to this, flowers, foliage and any other items supplied are strictly for decoration and should not be eaten.

Any liability shall not exceed the value of flowers ordered.
